Sunday November 18, 2012 Amy and Darren took a trip on the Thames from Springbank dam to Killworth Bridge and had a great sunny 52 degree Fahrenheit day with water levels about a foot below summer levels but the water was moving quickly so we brushed by some big rocks. The highlight of our trip was seeing a bald eagle that hikers pointed out to us. We finished just after dark at 5:30 pm. |

Sunday June 06, 2012 Maureen and I went for a trip on the Thames from Springbank dam to Killworth Bridge and had a great sunny day with water levels about 2 feet above summer levels making the trip great fun with good rapids. We saw two deer on the cliffs and one was a fawn. |
